For Gmail users

• First, make sure you are currently using Google Chrome browser.
• Fill out the form below and click on the button Generate.
• Click on the button See signature. A new window will open with your signature.
• In the new window, press CTRL + A (select all) and then CTRL + C (copy).
• Open Gmail.
• In the top right, click Settings > See all settings.
• In the "Signature" section, click on + Create new
• Enter a name for the new signature then click on Create.
• In the right section, next to your signature name, press CTRL + V (paste).
• At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

For Outlook 365 users

• Fill out the form below and click on the button Generate.
• Click on the button See signature. A new window will open with your signature.
• In the new window, press CTRL + A (select all) and then CTRL + C (copy).
• Open Outlook 365 and open a new email message.
• On the Message menu, select Signature then Signatures.
• Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.
• Under Edit signature, press CTRL + V (paste).
• Choose OK to save your new signature and return to your message.

If you want to modify your signature, you do some changes in the form and click on the button Regenerate.

You can also click on the button Reset to remove all the information in the form.
